Daily Backups

On-Demand Snapshots
Snapshots are ideal before performing major CMS updates or code changes so you can roll back to the exact previous state if needed:
- Created on demand by you directly inside cPanel.
- Up to 2 snapshots can exist simultaneously.
- Snapshots are automatically removed after 48 hours.
- Storage Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Technical Limits & Exclusions
For very large accounts (affecting fewer than 1% of users), the following technical thresholds apply:
- On-demand snapshots are available for accounts up to 100,000 inodes and up to 25 GB disk usage.
- MySQL database backups support packets up to
max_allowed_packet = 64M. - Temporary cache directories are excluded as documented in Backup Exclusions of the Webhosting Plans .
