Q: I Would Like to Have a Port Opened

Information on outgoing firewall ports (5000 to 65535) in DataDachs webhosting plans and enabling allow_url_fopen in PHP for external connections.

In the default configuration of all our webhosting plans, outgoing ports in the range 5000 to 65535 are already open and not blocked by our firewall.

If your PHP application has trouble connecting to an external service or API, please check your PHP settings in cPanel and make sure that allow_url_fopen is enabled.
