FAQ

My Outgoing Email Sending Was Restricted / Limited

In rare cases, we must take protective action and temporarily restrict outgoing email traffic for a webhosting account (for example, if an unprotected contact form or outdated script is abused to send spam). To lift this restriction, the underlying cause must be resolved.

You will automatically receive a notification with details via our support ticket system, including the file path of the script that triggered the outgoing mail flood.

What Is the Sending Limit During a Restriction?

During normal operation, accounts can send up to 100 emails per hour. When an abuse restriction is active, outgoing mail for the affected account is throttled to 1 email per hour until the issue is fixed.

Is My Incoming Mail Affected?

No. Incoming email delivery is never restricted, you will continue to receive all incoming emails as normal.

Final Note

These measures protect the IP reputation and email deliverability of all customers on the server. Simply follow the instructions in your support ticket, and we will lift the restriction as soon as the cause has been resolved.
